Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing to work with Geoffrey Breedwell. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, please review the following policy before scheduling your session. Booking: All sessions must be booked in advance through the online scheduling system. You’ll receive a confirmation email upon booking and a reminder 24 hours before your session. Free consultations are limited to one per new client unless otherwise approved. All bookings will be manually seen and approved by Geoffrey Breedwell. Rescheduling & Cancellations: You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled session at no cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or missed sessions may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service rate. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in restricted booking privileges. Refunds: Refunds are issued only in the event of an emergency or if Geoffrey must cancel your appointment. If you experience a technical issue (for virtual sessions), please contact support within 24 hours to arrange a new time. By booking a session, you agree to these terms. Geoffrey values your time and strives to provide the same courtesy in return.
