Granted, the Star Wars universe is one of the most divisive fandoms in the world. The “Generational Model” of Star Wars, as we currently know it, gears itself more towards the audience than it does the story. That’s where fans get divisive.
Fans of different generations will argue over which version is their favorite. As a Star Wars fan myself, I’ve taken part in so many of these “discussions” that I put some of them into my upcoming book, Just Put the VHS in the Bag, Bro (Coming Summer 2026 from Cloaked Press). It’s with the narrative of the Star Wars saga in mind, I want to bring a new argument into the fray:
The Star Wars Saga is ONE story about one bloodline versus the evil that thought he’d conquered death.
While I am sure that everyone reading this has most likely passed elementary school in terms of storytelling, let’s dive into a small refresher.
